‘With Love from Engen’ Campaign
VE Zambia has launched a new tactical campaign called “With Love from Engen” under their CR segment, aimed at rewarding customers for their loyalty and support. The campaign, launched in February, coinciding with the Month of Love, is designed to ensure that customers receive the best possible service and unique rewards.
Customers who spend K80 or more at any Quickshop will be automatically entered into an online raffle draw, which they can access by scanning a QR code or using a promotion link. The grand prize is a dinner for two at a renowned hotel, and ten lucky winners will be selected.
To ensure that the campaign is well-publicized, site branding has been done with pull-ups at the entrance, posters, countertops, and danglers at all participating sites. Brand ambassadors have also been deployed to drive entries and capture feedback from customers through the “Voice that Counts” platform.
